CATERING MENU
General Information: Zamparelli’s prepares food for any and all occasions. We can help you customize your event. All Catering orders require customer pick-up unless special delivery arrangements are made. We do not offer set-up or wait staff for your event. We will provide disposable chafing dishes upon request for hot food trays, disposable flatware, napkins, condiments and serving utensils, upon request.

To Order: Come by Zamparelli’s or Call Nancy Zamparelli 303-664-1275. We require at least 24 hours notice for basic orders and prefer at least 72 hours notice.

Payment: We gladly accept all credit cards, cash and local Boulder County checks. 50% deposit will be required with most orders. Balance is due upon pick up.

Cancellations: Orders cancelled within 48 hours are subject to losing the 50% deposit. Cancellations more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup can reschedule with no penalty or receive a full refund.

Special Considerations: Please notify us of any food allergies with the order. Also please notify us if you plan to hold food an extended time, so we can take additional measures or make appropriate recommendations.

Portion Sizes: Unless otherwise noted small trays feed 8-10 people, large trays feed 18-20 people.
